HACP One-Stop Shop to Change Its Walk-In Hours, Starting June 15, 2026, For HCV Tenant Needs

The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) One-Stop Shop will scale back its walk-in hours for Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) tenants, beginning Monday, June 15, 2026.

Walk-in services will be available in the OSS (on the first floor of 412 Blvd. of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15219) on the following days:

• Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Tenants will continue to meet with their housing specialists on Zoom. OSS will assist you with checking in and connecting with your specialist.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays (non-walk-in days), walk-in services will NOT be available. OSS staff will assist you in scheduling an appointment for the next available business day on non-walk-in days and your issue is not an emergency.

Please note: Staff will still assist you if an emergency occurs on an Tuesday or Thursday.

Emergency matters include, but are not limited to:
• Imminent loss of housing or lockout concerns
• Utility shut-off impacting habitability
• Time-sensitive Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) or landlord payment issues requiring same-day intervention
• Safety concerns involving the tenant, landlord, or unit conditions (including 24-hour failure issues)

Our goal is to continue providing efficient service while improving the in-person support experience for all tenants and landlords.
