The HACP to Hold Public Hearings to Review Proposed Housing Choice Voucher NSPIRE Revisions

Pursuant to regulation 24 CFR 982.517, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Department has completed its annual review and update of the NSPIRE inspection changes.

The proposed NSPIRE changes are available for review and comment from Sunday, August 17, 2025, to Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The proposed effective date of implementation is October 1, 2025.

Written comments on the FY 2026 HCV NSPIRE changes must be addressed to:

Written comments must be received by the close of business (5:00 pm) on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the proposed FY 2026 HCV NSPIRE changes will be held on Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.
