Public Notice of FY 2025 Revised HACP Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan

In accordance with federal law and regulation, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is revising its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan. The proposed date of implementation is July 1, 2025.

The proposed revisions to the HCV Administrative Plan are available for review and comment from Sunday, May 25, 2025, to Tuesday, June 24, 2025. They are available at:  2025 Admin Plan Revisions – Table of Proposed Changes

Written comments on the proposed revisions to the FY 2025 HCV Administrative Plan must be addressed to: “Attention: HACP FY 2025 HCV Administrative Plan” at the:

Written comments must be received by the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.

Public Hearings to receive public comments on the proposed FY 2025 HCV Administrative Plan will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.
