 
            Public Notice of FY 2025 Low-Income Public Housing Utility Allowance Schedules
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) has completed its annual review of the Low-Income Public Housing Utility Allowances, and is providing LIPH residents with 60 days’ notice of the proposed FY 2025 utility allowances, pursuant to regulation 24 CFR 965.502.
The proposed changes, based on 2024 natural gas and electric utility rates, as well as various information and characteristics of HACP’s dwelling units, are to take effect on Jan. 1, 2025.
Residents may submit written comments regarding the proposed allowances from 8 a.m. Monday, July 22, to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20.
Written comments on the FY 2025 LIPH Utility Allowance Schedules must be addressed to “Attention: FY 2025 LIPH Utility Allowance Schedules,” HACP Asset Management Department, 412 Boulevard of the Allies, 7th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, OR sent via email to: lowincomepublichousing@hacp.org.
All written comments will be retained by the HACP, and shall be available for inspection by residents.
