Residential Lease – Low Income Public Housing Program
Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and Schedule of Tenant Charges
The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP) is revising the Residential Lease for it’s Low Income Public Housing Program, The Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy and the Schedule of Tenant Charges.
The proposed revisions will be available for review from April 13, 2015 to May 12, 2015. at the HACP Operations Department 200 Ross St. 6th Floor, Pittsburgh PA, 15219 and at HACP Management Offices. The documents may also be downloaded via the menu on the right.
Written comments on the proposed revisions must be addressed to Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy at the address above and must be received by close of business (5:00 p.m.) on May 12, 2015.
A Public hearing to receive comments on the Plan will be held on Monday, April 27, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. and at 6:00 p.m., at 100 Ross St., 4th floor Occupancy Department conference room.
