The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) hereby requests proposals from qualified contractors to perform authority wide site improvements. A more detailed scope of services is provided in Section II of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

Procurement Details:

HACP seeks proposals from firms qualified to provide services and is contemplating the award of a contract or multiple contracts through this solicitation process for a period of three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year extension options whereby HACP will authorize the selected vendor(s), during a stated time period and for the services HACP requires, to perform the services on an as-needed basis through the use of Task Orders. Attachment A – Form of Agreement is the contract that will be used through this solicitation process.
